Martinů's La Revue de Cuisine Piano Suite

In 2009, Christopher produced a critical edition of Bohuslav Martinů's La Revue de Cuisine,
the first time the complete ballet music had been published since being
written in 1927. Martinů also arranged the ballet music as a suite for
piano solo, which has just been published by Alphonse
Leduc, as edited by Christopher.
