The Complete Music for Violin and Orchestra
October saw the release of Christopher's latest CD. This recording (Hyperion CD67671), with Bohuslav Matoušek and the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra, is the first volume of Martinů's Complete Music for violin and orchestra. Works featured on the CD are the Concerto for flute, violin and orchestra (H252), the Duo Concertante for two violins and orchestra (H264) and the Concerto in D major for two violins and orchestra (H329).
